Lisa was very pleasurable to talk with she answered all my questions
Great service team here at Mcgovern! glad to have them on our side when we need them most , I have had bad experiences at another dealership and I'm fortunate to work near here so I can have things taken care of when needed, thank you!
She took care of everything.
Brian at McGovern Ford, Lowell MA, showed great kindness and efficiency in the service department. I had an amazing experience at McGovern Ford. and I want to give a huge thank you to Brian and Josh for making the entire process so smooth and easy!
I've always come to McGovern Ford to service my vehicle since I bought it. They always do a great job and their service reps are always so helpful. This time I had the pleasure of working with Lisa, she ran me through all the work that was recommended and worked with the technician to determine the best approach. She was clear about everything, stayed in communication through the whole process and was extremely helpful and kind. I appreciate all the effort and will happily be returning the next time I need service.
