Brian did an outstanding job and took care of me throughout the process. I think that the industry norm is to expect a hassle when coming in for warranty work, but Brian was incredibly helpful, fair, and I felt like he was on my side. Never left me feeling like I had to fight to get help; Brian proactively offered an Uber ride home, then when the work was taking longer than expected, called to offer a loaner and even an Uber back to the shop to get it. Just purchased a used F550. Was nervous about dealerships after a really bad experience at another dealer. The truck had a serious issue 5 minutes after I took delivery. They got it right back into service, and gave me a loaner truck. My truck was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. A second time, the truck needed another repair. They gave me a brand new bronco to use while my truck was in the shop. Cant really ask for more from a dealership. I will definitely do business with them in the future

This is my second visit to Ford McGovernment Drumhill, and I can say that the service is fantastic. Look for Brian when you go to have your car serviced. He is friendly, polite, and goes out of his way to serve you with a light, human touch. I don't speak English; with him, service is guaranteed. He has enviable patience. The mechanic and the woman whose name I can't remember are also excellent. This is certainly the best Ford service point; they even deserve a raise; they are definitely the employees of the year. If you have a Ford, they tend to be the go to. They've fixed nearly everything on my last two Fords. Repairs do get expensive outside of warranty. Staff are professional. I would highly recommend for basic maintenance and warranty repairs, and mostly recommend for all other Ford related repairs.
