Just came to say here that I’ve been driving a Fleet vehicle for over 10 years and I always struggled with getting service on my vehicles. Jim Foley has been such a pleasure to work with. I am upset. I no longer drive a Ford as they’re not able to service my new vehicle, but I want to thank him for all the headaches he prevented in the past.
The service department was very accommodating. They handled the warranty repairs and all I had to pay was my deductible.and the additional repairs I requested.
All I can say is WOW! This was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! Nick was such a helpful sales person without feeling any pressure. The moment I walked into McGovern Ford Framingham the process was effortless and I got to leave the same day with my new car! GSM Sambo was so friendly and helpful! Such a great down to earth, no pressure crew that works there. I will definitely be going back when it’s time to buy another car! I can’t praise them enough and recommend them to anyone buying a new car!
