After 3 frustrating days without sewer service, and being disappointed by 3 other companies backing out of their agreements for service, McGovern responded immediately to our problem. They pumped our tank & fixed our grinder pump without delay. We interacted with 2 people in the office and 3 techs on site, all of whom provided outstanding customer service! Most charming, responsive, & helpful of all were Andrew & Nick, who were especially professional and informative about our situation.
Thieves! They are trying to charge me more than the volume of my speptic tank holds. They pumped out my septic and I later found out that they charged me for more than I could hold on my property and the volume that the truck could hold. It's a fight and they won't admit they are wrong and have been very bad at returning calls. I am very disappointed in a local business taking advantage of people. They a just not trust worthy.
