Just picked up my Buick Encore for collision repair and McGovern exceeded all expectations. Timely, quality repair with outstanding customer care by Erika and Nancy. Thank you for making this as enjoyable as possible under all the circumstances.
had my car to fix scratches on pumper and they took one month just to fix minor accident. they over charge and gave them my car with no issues when I picked it up found an issue with my car spoke to their boss and staff there they were so rude and unhelpful. they had me take it into other McGovern to fix the problem they already made in my car and ended up paying over $1000 dollar just for repairs. I don't recommend them to anyone because you'll get your car with issue that never existed.
I brought my car here after an accident and they did a fantastic job repairing my car. They were great to work with through the claim process and my car looks amazing. I would highly recommend their body shop for repairs. Everyone was professional and the work was exceptional.
