had my car to fix scratches on pumper and they took one month just to fix minor accident. they over charge and gave them my car with no issues when I picked it up found an issue with my car spoke to their boss and staff there they were so rude and unhelpful. they had me take it into other McGovern to fix the problem they already made in my car and ended up paying over $1000 dollar just for repairs. I don't recommend them to anyone because you'll get your car with issue that never existed.
I brought my car here after an accident and they did a fantastic job repairing my car. They were great to work with through the claim process and my car looks amazing. I would highly recommend their body shop for repairs. Everyone was professional and the work was exceptional.

I had a really nice experience with McGovern Auto Group in Shrewsbury since I had gotten into a car accident about a month ago. I called the main number and left a voicemail since they were closed and I was in distress about what to do with my car since it needed a tow. Nancy called me back, despite being closed, was SO kind and supportive after I was nearly panicking on the phone, and helped clearly tell me what the next steps were going to be/where to go.
