I was involved in a messy divorce situation and it seemed impossible to resolve. Tim and his staff worked patiently with me and were able to finally bring a difficult situation to a close. The amount of effort they gave was amazing and I can't them enough for finally binging me closure and piece of mind.
Mcgoughran Law is top notch. Mr. Mcgoughran and his team represented me in a high conflict custody case with the experience needed for it. I highly recommend them if you are dealing with divorce or any family law issues.
Tim and Allison handled my divorce with amazing comfort and experience. My wife's lawyer dragged it on and they did not. I was fair and just because it was a short easy divorce her lawyer just wanted to make it difficult. Tim finished it . I had nothing but an unbelievably positive experience with this law firm. The whole staff is extremely kind hearted, empathetic and extremely competent. Coming out of a divorce is quite difficult under various circumstances; mine was not so great extremely difficult from a financial perspective amongst other things. Worst Lawyer for me-Let me start this review by saying this is based on my own personal opinion. when you were interested in hiring him, he charged for a consultation. I truly believe he does that to make sure you’re the kind of Customer that has lots of money to lose. at the end of the day, his service was horrible.
