My father woke up saying he was not feeling well Saturday. He has a history of 2 cardiac arrests last year, an amputee. His heart doctor and doctors are in Butler. I call 911 wanting help. He won’t tell me what’s wrong..McGonigle shows up.. rude from the get go.. because he can’t explain what’s wrong. I’m trying to talk to the guy explaining we need to go to Butler hospital, because his health issues and records are there!! After falling a dozen times over a few days, we decided to go to the E.R. I fell while getting in the car and was stuck . McGonigle came fast, got me up and to the hospital. After release I fell and was wedged in so they came again. Tyler was on duty again, he is very understanding. Everyone who showed up both times was patient and kind. If I ever need assistance again. I hope it's McGonigle that shows up first.
