I had an issue recently while vacationing. I called for assistance and I felt my issue was handled with such care and consideration. This company really impressed me with their above and beyond approach. My issue was resolved and the manager even followed up with me to make sure everything worked out. True customer service. This is a company I would recommend to others.

If I could give a ZERO, I would. They have totally dismissed the small business. They sent letters to small businesses, under 20 and told them if you would like to keep their services, it will be THOUSANDS of dollars a year. They didn't renew our life/LTD/STD On time causing our rates to go from $319 a month to over $900, a month. Their rep schedule a meeting with myself and the owners.
