Great customer service and prices. Anytime I need anything they are prompt and professional. Would recommend!
I’m deeply disappointed by how they’ve handled things recently. They raised my rates by almost 50%, blaming state regulations, which I can understand given the circumstances. But what I can't understand is their complete lack of communication to questions to why and my options. I’ve been with this insurance company for three years, but my recent experience has been incredibly frustrating. After reaching out to my insurance team at McGlothin via email two weeks ago and following up with a phone call last week, I still haven’t received any response. This complete lack of communication has left me scrambling to handle my insurance renewal question and concerns last minute. Guess it’s time for a change in insurance!
