The girls at receptionist weren't as knowledgeable or helpful as I'd like. Took a lot of research on my own to make decisions. But if you notice, I gave a five star review and that's entirely based on installation. Quotes weren't adjusted after the fact. Installation was perfect. An entire basement and floorboards, over 200 linear feet, was all spectacular. I'm a picky beast and the project was beautiful. I highly recommend this company.
