I recently contacted them about replacing a bathroom fan. After explaining my situation, he advised me to replace the fan motor unit and gave me the link where I can purchase the parts. I just installed the part myself and it works. This saved me a lot of time and money. I really appreciate them having the interest of the customer at heart, a rare quality to find these days.
