Today McGinley Services finished replacing the whole AC system in our home. The install team did an amazing job. Emily, Tim, John and Charles toiled to remove old ductwork that had been installed decades ago and never cleaned out. Everyone on the team was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Because McGinley is a smaller, local company with excellent service, I highly recommend them for air conditioning or heating work.
Chuck, was very professional, walked through all the issues as well as write up an estimate for recommended repairs.
Bobby was thorough, educational, and took his time with our many questions. I appreciated that there wasn’t anything pushy or aggressive about his approach. Very professional.
Fixed everything and left the house clean
Everyone who came out to help me diagnose my issue was trying to sell me something. Everyone. Charles helped me walk through the issue and discuss solutions. Didn’t even quote me anything until I asked him specially to do so. This is how it’s supposed to be. A+
