Weird issue with technician not wanting to do the tuneup - maintenance because it did not have a 1/4 tank. It was as close as could be. Picture attached. It still would have had close to 60 gallons in it. Another company since said they couldn't figure out with 60 gallons why he wouldn't do it?
Today was our first check-up as part of the annual maintenance plan service with McGinley. Brandon was my tech, and he was excellent. He combined a thorough explanation with fluent and descriptive translation -- helping me understand what was going on with my boiler. We started working with McGinley after their excellent care with an emergency situation. I am glad to report that their check-ups are just as helpful. Thanks!
We had a problem when upgrading our Nest Thermostat from v2 to v4. The newer one wasn't actuating the furnace properly, even after considerable time with Google tech support. Knew we had to call in a pro, but after our last couple endeavors with local services, we were a bit hesitant to say the least. After some research, I called McGinley Services Heating & Cooling. Yearly heater check...always a great job. Robert is a wonderful tech and an upstanding person.
We had Charles Weiss as our service tech and Ryan was our in house rep. They are a great team. Charles was polite, respectful, and very thorough in explaining the issues with my system. We had a compressor pump and water flow valve that needed to be replaced. Charles was in and finished in just over an hour. Well done gentlemen. Very much appreciated.
