My experience with Oliver North Apartment has been wonderful. They are affordable apartments in a good school district. They quickly address any maintenance issues. They are very direct but very friendly and they have always treated me fairly . Oliver North has been a great place to live
Very friendly staff, wonderful place to live. Glenda McCurry in the office is extremely helpful. Would recommend to anyone! I love the area and how everything is so convenient.
the property manager here is a criminal Upon Initial Inspection: dark brown stained walls, old cabinets with the laminate peeling off or broken, that wonderful moldy stench. dog pee smell in the bedrooms. which brings us to the carpet. clearly has never been changed out, or at least not in a long time. you can literally see the difference in height from the carpet near the walls or where furniture was compared to the foot traffic area where almost no carpet is left. and oh the smell. isn't it a law to change out carpet when ... read more
Great place to live. Apartments are very nice and the staff is great! They really care about their tenants.
I was new in Town when I moved here. The place is excellent to live, very quiet community. Never had any type of problems. When something got broken I just call them and it was fixed the same day. Nice staff and very professional. It's a gated community, and secure. Stephanie is a lovely lady and she helped me through the whole process of renting in a new town.
I had to move in pretty quickly and it was the only community that had anything available that day. In the beginning I thought it was a nice, quiet unit with decent management. Well... management and maintenance change CONSTANTLY. I never know who I'm talking to or when they started or how long they've been there. Consequently, its impossible to get certain maintenance tasks completed because one manager will promise something and then quit and the new manager has no idea what's going on. Overall it's a great place to live. The new landlord is excellent. He's striving to make this a better complex. The new pool chairs are awesome. The new life guard Sarah is very friendly outgoing and loves to swim with us. Things take time but so far it's going in the right direction. Been here 3 years and if things continue to improve, I'll never leave ❤️
Outside of the pink bathroom ; ) I have no complaints about this complex. The apartment manager Brian is always nice and helpful, anytime we've had a problem maintenance has fixed it right away. They have free basement storage cages, and are extremely pet friendly. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
