They were not supposed to touch my washer fluid, they did anyway and now it’s dripping onto my engine and my oil was changed and they left oil all over my bumper and headlight
The service center here is awful. I just spoke to Mark about a plug that was put in my tires that weren't even a year old. The plug did not hold, I called to ask how they could fix it and I was told I needed to buy a whole new tire. This is (embarrassingly) third time I have had outrageous customer service here. They sold me a car with a dead key fob then tried to charge me $50 to replace it... It cost me $4 to replace it myself. These people operate with zero integrity and have no idea how to make things right for their cus... read more

I got brake service like 3 months ago till I opened the hood to regular check then I found out the ECU cover is not there i called this place to ask about it but transfer me to different departments and nobody answers my calls or respond for what happened was my first and last time getting service there!!! better watch out if all the pieces of your car there
