Really had a terrible experience. I had a scheduled appointment to drop my car off on Sunday night for Monday service. There was an issue with the infotainment screen shutting off, and I also needed an oil change and tire rotation. I tried to contact the service department multiple times during the day Monday, and did not receive a call back until the end of the day. Not accepting walk ins from out if state drivers? Really?
Got here to 8:15AM appointment. 7 hours later my truck still wasn’t looked at. They forgot about it. I have spent in the waiting area the whole day and they still did not even look why the check engine light is on. Absolute disregard of the clients time. Worst place ever to bring your car for service.
