The best experience and warm welcoming I’ve ever received. The staff was absolutely amazing. Alec helped with making sure my warranty cover the service. Beautiful facility, which is not my priority, but very nice. My concerns are about accuracy of diagnosis, timely repairs, reasonable cost and good communication. These folks hit it out of the park! I’ve had several interactions with them since I bought my used Highlander (elsewhere) and they have been meeting and even exceeding my expectations. I often avoid dealerships because I find they often don’t measure up, but these folks are doing it right.
Everyone is always very nice but it takes a long time…
