James was very good. Listened to all the issues I was experiencing. The major issue was diagnosed and corrected. Unfortunately the technician couldn’t find and resolve one of the other issues. Which is cost money for no resolution. I also have a problem with the “shop charge” to cover costs related to materials I consider part of their cost of business. This has been discussed multiple times with the Service Department and will most likely make me find an alternative solution for my car repair.
