I worked with Bob Wood to acquire a bond during the probate process, and he made everything incredibly easy. Even though we didn't have an attorney and I didn't always have all the necessary information readily available, Bob was helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond by ensuring the bond was overnighted directly to the court when I discovered it couldn't be submitted electronically. Working with Bob was the easiest part of an otherwise challenging experience!

One star is too much. I called and talked to an agent - I suppose but who knows maybe it was the janitor. They gave me a quote but said it would need to get approved and they would get back to me. When I called the next day nobody remembered speaking to me Go figure.

Bob Wood is the worst insurance agent I've ever come across. He does not respond to questions and let our coverage lapse without as much as an email. I'm not sure I've ever received worst customer service in any context. With all of the other insurance choices out there, do yourself a favor and find another company.

Best insurance broker in the state of California. They shop multiple carriers to ensure you get the best deal. Lani Estes has always been top notch and I won't use anyone else!
