They charge fairly normal for the FIRST hour $120 (Feb 2012), along with parts charges and even an additional fuel surcharge. I have rental property three hours away from where I live. Fortunately, this company is local to the area where my rental property is located. Great on the spot service, great prices, and great service representatives with on- call services for when you get in a jam on the weekend. I would recommend them to anyone.
