Just had the services and yes it was quick and Hunter was nice however the issue was the price was never disclosed before he started services and was quoted in the very end. Also he was at my house for about 40-50 minutes, told me he was here for about an hour, and lied on the receipt and said he was here for 1.5 hours which jacked up the total cost. Awesome to work with! We had a plumbing emergency and they did not stock what we needed. Sherri found the part and had it delivered the next day and they installed the same day. So from when I called them to having the part installed was less than 24 hours. Great service. And they also stuck by there quoted price. I will definitely use them again.
EXCELLENT customer service! Would highly recommend McGee Plumbing to anyone needing this type of service. Hunter was cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Getting into a crawl space under a house is never fun but he did it with grace and fearlessness 😅 We are so appreciative of his help. Reasonable pricing to boot! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great service, rapid response
Hunter was amazing! Did great work, very cheerful, and answered all my questions. I felt like pricing was a little on the high side, but business was recommended by my neighbor and also wanted to support smaller business. Felt like service fee should have gone towards work...but I never asked for a breakdown initially ..so blame myself. Would I use them again? Absolutely!
