I had a great experience with the folks at Casey and in particular, Earl Small in sales. I reached out to buy a specific vehicle that they were selling that I intended to use for a specific purpose (towing an overland trailer). I bought that vehicle and quickly found that it did not serve my need as a tow vehicle. Tried buying 2 different vehicles from them and they sold both right from underneath me back to back! STAY AWAY!
Dealership didnt seem interested in making a deal and developing a new customer. Experience was sterile, emotionless, and very bad.
I have worked at a car dealership previously and bought a few cars. I can see through the classic car dealership scams. This dealership doesn’t do any of that. They were honest and transparent with pricing and put the customer first. I drove an hour and a half to buy my jeep and it was definitely worth it. Thanks to the sales manager, Mike for making everything run smoothly there and taking care of the customer!
