Never buy from Casey Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Springfield. I went in to buy a 2022 ram 1500, and during financing, the told me they matched the rate that my credit union gave me. During my time there they had me waiting four hours, then got me into contract signing right around 7pm when they were closing. There finance guy told me that it was really late and wanted to get home, and rushed me through the whole process. We have bought 2 cars from McGee and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience I highly recommend McGee, and especially Earl Small He is fun, knowledgeable, courteous and we had a great time going through the car buying experience with him I can't leave another review, I can only update this one McGee is now Casey, and we have just bought our 4th car from Earl Small We cannot recommend him enough, he is so much fun, and so helpful, and we are now Jeep/Dodge people exclusively because of Earl

This is Eli just left today with a 2023 dodge charger gt Todd was my salesman and that guy is incredible usually car places give me nothing but anxiety this guy makes you feel right at home… if you have any second thoughts about this dealership your completely wrong this was one of the best dealerships I’ve been to the hospitality is a+ the way they did the paperwork was stress free if I could I would give more than 5 stars
What a joke of a dealership. Went to look at their used 2022 Dodge Charger GT and the lady said we can't test drive it since "they are such a hot commodity." I've been test driving used Dodge Chargers around New England for months trying to upgrade my current Dodge Charger. It wasn't even a hellcat or Scat Pack edition just a USED charger. Don't waste your time driving up there.
