Called about a truck posted online. Said it was in and the details were good. No return call from them. Next call i make and was told it was a completely different model and "I must be mistaken" Nope they posted the wrong truck. Drove 2hrs to see it. Unprofessional

Great service
Took days to respond to get an appraisal. A lot of me chasing the sales person (Charlie) without getting any follow up. Finally the next follow up I had received was the vehicle was sold. It's unfortunate. I won't give a complete one star as one person shouldn't bring the rating down like that, but I can say I was disappointed. Edit to add: communication would have been nice throughout the process. Pictures of the vehicle would have been nice as well as requested.
