Stars are for delivery and communication, which was great. Otherwise, wood was wet and not seasoned as described. We purchased half a cord that we are unable to use. Even with a Duraflame log the wood is very difficult to catch and burn. Disappointed and company has not reached out in response to request to return/refund.
Stole $1500 from us. Took the check and ran. Unbelievable. I trusted gloria and Eric. But they ended up stealing from us in the end.
Couldn’t be more pleased with the quality & attention to detail, that was performed on our rental property. Driver almost killed me and my elderly grandmother around 11:35AM 11/07/2019. We were merging onto 95 going south from The Woodbridge edit and he didn’t yield to merge he just kept going, we had the right away. We had to pull into the dirt to save ourselves and the car.
