May 21st, I was traveling down rt. 169, loss power in my vehicle. Talk about a scary moment. Put my hazards on, slowly I made my way over to McGee GMC on rt.20. Great customer service there. They took my vehicle, figured out my electronic throttle, had a issue. I needed a tune up. They even drove me over to enterprise to get a rental, while they work on my car. First time with Dealing with them and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much for all your help.
Made an appointment for an inspection sticker... waited an hour before they took my vehicle in, then another 20 minutes before they told me it's rejected because it needs upper and lower ball joints on both sides... I immediately drove it to my mechanic to have them replaced... he informed me there is nothing wrong with the ball joints... I went and got a sticker at another location... either total incompetence... or a ploy to sell me unneeded service... not cool !!!

I went to McGee to buy. The GMC came out with leaves under the hood. Wait in a cold waiting room for a dealer, and told them not to make me wait. I went to Vachon in Putnam and got my Buick hassle free. Today my wife and I was cut off by a test rider from your Dealership. McGee sucks and only suckers would deal with them. Don't get ripped off, got somewhere else.
