Dr. Cruz was AMAZING! Especially after our experiences with Dr. Harvey and Dr. Patel. They should take notes! I completely trust Dr. Cruz. He was wonderful to converse with, had excellent communication skills, and actually took the time to listen and answer our questions. I also felt that he performed a very thorough eye exam. I truly couldn't have asked for more. Dr. Cruz was actually worth the long wait! Just be prepared to be there for hours. Referral for Lateral tarsal strip, 7 weeks go by, finally get called for appointment. But told no appointments till April 2027? Thats 9 months plus 7 weeks waiting??! Not to mention have to payout another very high deductible to meet next year! Patient Hording!

Dr. Khaimi did my surgery. He is very knowledgeable and I definitely feel like he knows what he’s doing. I did not need to show up as early as they said, for my appointment. I was there for 4 hours.
I’m appalled by the behavior of the two women who are checking in patients for surgery. A very elderly couple asked for copies of documents they’d just signed and the nasty, gruff-talking women argued with the man that he couldn’t have copies until many days have past. Even if that were true, the women that “ganged up” on him and his wife should treat the patients with patience, kindness and respect (and calmly call a supervisor to help gently explain) instead of handling them in a brash, nasty manner, and in front of other ... read more
