Don't use service department unless you enjoy being fleeced
Worst service department i have ever been to. Charged me 3× more than i should have been charged and when my wife who was a certified gm tech called them out on it, they continued to dismiss her like she didnt know what she was talking about. Just horrible customer service and WAY OVER PRICED!
Manager was unpleasant and we will not be back
My Jeep Wrangler 4xe needed a software update for the battery due to a recall - I called, made the appointment and they took it in for a full day - although I did not need it, they had a rental for me - the service went well and the Jeep was ready by the end of the day as promised. 🍁😎
