Good afternoon to the Owner and two staff members that assisted me in my plumbing home needs. Sara was very pleasant and explained pricing and scheduling via by call, text and email. She listened to my concerns and offered suggestions. Master Plumber Tech Malcolm Macleod called and gave me an ETA and came with a smile. Sam and Rylan did an amazing job of replacing our water heaters (2) today. Professional, courteous, clean and did a very high quality job. The work was outstanding. The price was much higher than any other bid we got, but I will tell you, the quality was worth it. From the fast call back, to job completion- top notch all the way. Very impressed!!!

I called to replace my hot water heater that just started leaking before I was planning to leave on a week long trip. McGee & Sons were able to send Malcolm and Rylan to replace my water heater. They did a great job, answered all my questions about the new water heater. Removal of old heater and installation of the new one was completed in no time. They cleaned up after done. If I could give them 10 stars I would! We recently moved to the OBX & spoke to a few plumbers about installing a new freestanding tub & doing some other upgrades. Mike was by far the friendliest, most professional, experienced/knowledgeable & his crews are the same. He also has a network of other trustworthy contractors if you need other work done. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Had an emergency leak over the weekend. Waited until Mon. morning to bring a plumber to avoid weekend rate. They were very fast to arrive. Plumber was good and worked quickly. Repair took a little over an hour to locate and fix pinhole leak in quest pipe. Plumber vacuumed up and was tidy. The hourly rate was charged for 2 full hours. It was a pricey small repair, but I couldn't have done it myself. On timeliness & care & quality I rate them all five stars. Price is a bit higher than I'd pay on a regular basis.
