I have worked with The Gentleman Plumber several times over the past month to fix several plumbing issues at our home. Everyone there has been stellar to work with & worked on all projects as though they were working on their own homes. Sara helped me to schedule the work & kept me in the loop with appointment timing & updates. Shannon helped answer my questions as well. The Gentleman’s Plumber is the best of the best. I can’t even begin to thank them for the amazing jobs that they have completed for us in March and now July!! The winter was cold in the OBX and our sewage pipes cracked in several places and we needed to replace all the plumbing underneath our beach house. Have been using McGee and Sons for years and they have never been anything but top notch. In this particular case, they stepped up, when the manufacturer refused to honor their own warranty, and worked with us on replacing a faulty hot water heater. The replacement install was flawless and both Landon and Rylan were beyond excellent. Of course, we truly would expect nothing less from this company! So, to Mike, Robbie, Sara, Landon and Rylan…thank you all so much for your help with this project!
Excellent work. Clean, efficient, and provided quality hot water tank installation. Did as promised on-schedule and on-budget. They were a true pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
