Our water heater started leaking water on a Saturday afternoon and when I made the call Mike answered right away. He was quick to know what needed to be done. He took time to talk us through how to turn the unit off so the water would stop pouring out, he gave me a quote quickly. Top notch service, dependable, trustworthy, responsive and reasonably priced! Family owned, they have been on the beach for 25+ years. I tried to do a dyi toilet flange and toilet replacement however I ran I to a snag when I found that another company had installed my flange bolts in the wrong direction. Outstanding service in professionalism. I had an emergency I needed a new water heater which went out over Easter weekend, they responded in kind. Mike and his crew are very professional, very organized, and they know their craft. I highly recommend them.
I worked with Mike to troubleshoot my water heater and resolve it quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable on the issue and took the time to help me and make sure the issue was resolved. I would recommend him to any OBX homeowner who needs any level plumbing job done. I will be using him in the future. Highly recommend Mike.
McGee and Sons are an excellent company. Very friendly, prompt and professional. You call, make an appointment and they show up as planned. The plumbers are very well trained and knowledgeable as well as the office workers when you call! Check out this rad surfboard shower head Malcom installed for our shower stall!!
