If I could give them 10 stars I would! We recently moved to the OBX & spoke to a few plumbers about installing a new freestanding tub & doing some other upgrades. Mike was by far the friendliest, most professional, experienced/knowledgeable & his crews are the same. He also has a network of other trustworthy contractors if you need other work done. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I’ve had the absolute best experiences with The Gentleman Plumber. From sink/faucet replacement to dishwasher installation to hot water heater repair, they are always helpful, thorough, and friendly. Special shout out to Luke and Sara- they’re both so professional and responsive, and they make sure the work is done perfectly. Would give more than 5 stars if it were possible!

We had Luke come by from McGee And Sons Plumbing, to have a look at the Navien tankless water heater they installed for us back in 2016. He got here promptly, and had it back up and running again about 15 minutes! We used their after hours answering service. First thing the next morning we got a call-back from a really nice lady, who coordinated with Luke. He explained the problem and the repair action to us, really knew what he was doing.

It was clear my 12 year old water heater was failing fast. I called them late on Monday afternoon, had a quote in five minutes and they were there first thing the next morning. My arrival window was between 9:00 and 12:00 and they were there right at 9:00. My techs were Sam and Isiah and they were very pleasant and knowledgeable. This is the second time within a year that we have utilized The Gentleman Plumber due to issues that existed with our three year old house. On both occasions Luke (a master plumber) arrived within two hours of us placing a call for service. As usual Luke was very professional, polite and efficient at diagnosing the problem. He took great care in not making any more mess than necessary and quickly fixed the problem.
