I called to replace my hot water heater that just started leaking before I was planning to leave on a week long trip. McGee & Sons were able to send Malcolm and Rylan to replace my water heater. They did a great job, answered all my questions about the new water heater. Removal of old heater and installation of the new one was completed in no time. They cleaned up after done. My wife and I had such a great experience with Luke Rogers, Master Plumber from McGee & Sons Plumbing. He completed the plumbing portion of our shower renovation quickly and professionally. I wanted to share with you how great Landon Harris helped me with my plumbing issues. He was johnny on the spot, worked quickly and got all my plumbing back online in quick time. What was so great was thar all supplies he needed were on his truck and he didn't have to leave and travel to a local store for the items needed. If I could give them 10 stars I would! We recently moved to the OBX & spoke to a few plumbers about installing a new freestanding tub & doing some other upgrades. Mike was by far the friendliest, most professional, experienced/knowledgeable & his crews are the same. He also has a network of other trustworthy contractors if you need other work done. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Had an emergency leak over the weekend. Waited until Mon. morning to bring a plumber to avoid weekend rate. They were very fast to arrive. Plumber was good and worked quickly. Repair took a little over an hour to locate and fix pinhole leak in quest pipe. Plumber vacuumed up and was tidy. The hourly rate was charged for 2 full hours. It was a pricey small repair, but I couldn't have done it myself. On timeliness & care & quality I rate them all five stars. Price is a bit higher than I'd pay on a regular basis.
