Our water heater started leaking water on a Saturday afternoon and when I made the call Mike answered right away. He was quick to know what needed to be done. He took time to talk us through how to turn the unit off so the water would stop pouring out, he gave me a quote quickly. Every time I have called the Gentleman Plumber over the last 15 years, they have responded quickly and done an incredible job. Today, I was having a new fridge installed and the waterline valve was stuck. The company I bought it from left me to figure it out. Jeremy (one of the Gentleman Plumbers) was on his way home from work when he was asked if he would stop by my house. Top notch service, dependable, trustworthy, responsive and reasonably priced! Family owned, they have been on the beach for 25+ years. I tried to do a dyi toilet flange and toilet replacement however I ran I to a snag when I found that another company had installed my flange bolts in the wrong direction. Extremely professional company with great plumbers - we've had some pretty unusual and hard to diagnose issues with our hot water for the last few months. After having several electricians and plumbers attempt to diagnose an issue, I was pretty far down the path of just getting the whole thing replaced (it's only 3 years old)/ Malcolm came by and ran several test and identified a wire with exposed copper making contact with hot water heater. I called McGee And Son’s at 9 PM thinking I would leave a message for the following day. Someone answered and after hours number and took my message. I called the following morning and they were able to get the first appointment out. They arrived to our house around 9:45 AM to check our water heater where we were having issues with water temperature after only a few showers long.
