We have been trying to get my tax documents returned for months now. I have used this business for years, so I do not understand why there are so many problems now. I dropped my taxes documents off, as I always have, and typically get them back in a week or two for payment and signature. If I could rate this business lower than a 1 star I would. This company was responsible for filing my taxes in early March. I have yet to recieve my taxes and when checking the IRS website no information on my taxes could be found. I have tried multiple time to speak to who ever is in charge of this establishment for legal purposes I wont say any names, yet they refuse to speak to me. Their secretary will answer your call and when you ask to speak to the CPA director they will lie and say he isnt available. When they can cle... read more
