The Dr's were awesome. The clinic it's self on the other hand, is horrible. Nobody answers the phone and when/if they call you back you can't get any information. Im in severe pain after a procedure and nobody can tell me if it's normal. Do not suggest going there.
Jan is the bomb. I come to this dr. office for my physical health, but their genuine and attentive interactions are a breath of fresh mental air. Every person I encounter there is pleasant, professional, and genuinely care about the patients and services they provide. Jan is still the bomb and one of a kind.
The drs at this office will inform you that you are not "special" if you tell them your in an extreme level of pain. If you feel like you deserve a certain level of care, you are wrong. If you can't sleep because you are in pain, can't work because your In pain, can't stand because your in pain, you will be informed you are not special and you will get a condescending car analogy that will take all the pain away. I must say I was amazed at the care that my husband received here. Dr. Yee was the doctor I had been searching for. He was very thorough in his assessment of my husband's condition. He went over every detail with us. Finally getting the answers to the many questions we were concerned about. He is a very pleasant Doctor who seems to be compassionate about his work. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. Overall great experience.
