We had a fairly small scale job to reinforce some beams in the foundation of our basement. Five stars for the work, Jose and Ryan did a great job, were in and out in a day and did additional spotting work that we didn't even notice. Three stars for scheduling, as it was a little hard to nail down an initial assessment and took them a while to schedule with us after cashing the initial deposit. Please do not hire this company, you will screw up your time and money. Do not take permit and start the work, will not guide to right path. Do not response.
We hired Mike to re-do our basement after it flooded. Mike and his guys were always on time and Mike was a great communicator through the whole process. They were able to start pretty quickly and they got the job done in a reasonable amount of time for a great price. We will definitely hire Mike again and his team again.
It's hard to believe that it took me a year to write this review. I apologize to anyone who used this shoddy contractor for any work around your homes. We hired this company to take an enclosed porch and turn it into a four season room. Everything was fine when we agreed on the terms, price, and scope of the project. Mike was very responsive and accommodating at the onset so we felt comfortable with our decision. Little did we know that this minor renovation would turn into the nightmare it has become.
