Not an easy project turning a closet into a bathroom in a 108 yr old house. Jake did an amazing job turning my vision into reality. From layout, scheduling, install and follow through his communication was impressive. The second flooring job Jake has done for us. Got rid of carpet that was in the kitchen and installed with beautiful LifeProof vinyl plank flooring and matching quarter round. He also made sure that the squeaks in the floor were taken care of prior to installing the flooring. We are thrilled with his work. We were referred to Jake at McFrederick Design & Construction for the renovation of our kitchen in the home we just bought. Jake gave us his proposal based on the ideas we shared with him and we were very happy with the price and quality of his work. What we really liked about Jake was: -His attention to detail and his finish carpentry skills. He opened up a 4ft doorway to 7.5ft and trimmed it out so it looks like it had always been there.
