Could never recommend McFrederick Design & Construction enough. Jake renovated practically our entire fixer upper this summer- removing walls, changing floor plan along with re-doing all electric and plumbing, adding support beams, new drywall, new LVP flooring, cabinets, countertops, shower/bathtub, recessed and pendant lighting, etc. He is a jack of all trades and has a great eye for design. Jake was great! He did a wonderful job! Floor installation, new toilet installed, new tub and surround installed, baseboards installed! I’m would highly recommend his services and expertise! We will definitely be calling him for any future remodeling!
Not an easy project turning a closet into a bathroom in a 108 yr old house. Jake did an amazing job turning my vision into reality. From layout, scheduling, install and follow through his communication was impressive. He worked with me on the challenging details (keeping original door and hardware, and reinstalling original trim details) and never dismissed my ideas. The second flooring job Jake has done for us. Got rid of carpet that was in the kitchen and installed with beautiful LifeProof vinyl plank flooring and matching quarter round. He also made sure that the squeaks in the floor were taken care of prior to installing the flooring. We are thrilled with his work.
