Great old school barber shop
District of Art Hair School located off Commercial Dr., in Lowell, IN was a nice find. My husband prefers a barber shop cut over a salon & we stumbled upon District of Art Hair Academy while at the nearby UPS. He walked in and said it was a very pleasant experience. The student barber/stylist was attentive to his needs and cut specifications. He was very happy with the final cut and the instructor directed the student with minor corrections.
