Absolutely horrendous experience I went there and I stressed to them that I had just moved here with my son. We're just starting out again and that I could barely afford anything as is. My battery was swollen and ready to explode so I took it to them. She ended up charging me over $100 just for a couple days later my SIM card completely quit working.
