After my freezer compressor went out for the second time I called McFarlane’s and they were able to bring me out a new freezer early the next day and already had it cold for me when it arrived! I highly recommend McFarlane’s!!!!
Refrigerator compressor relay started clicking. Looked all over town for help. The owner took such good care of me, finding a replacement part, I felt guilty. Half the price of an OEM and worked perfectly. I'm lazy to write reviews, but this man deserves recognition and your business.
We had a service person come out to evaluate our LG refrigerator on 4/22/2026. They told us we would need a new compressor (compressor had been replaced 4 years earlier) drier and more Freon. Even though the compressor was still covered by LG and the cost of the service call was deducted we would still owe $678.00. We then had An LG service person come out who told was there was a leak in the Yodor tube that was too expensive to fix. Horrible customer service. They were referred by a friend. 1st the owner basically lectured me that the technician called and i was wrong but the tech had the wrong number. They ordered the parts. The 1st visit was nice but once they got the parts, he wanted to come the very next day with no notice. I had an important appointment she he said then i probably can't come back. I told him when i was available. He was so rude that i said i can find someone else if he can't make it. Called this morning to see if the tech was comin... read more
