bought the LG refrigerator at 11:45am and delivered the same day at 2:15pm. Abe at McFarlane was great
Horrible customer service do not do business for this place
Been without washer for 2 weeks, no communication for long wait. Finally get ahold of someone & the rudeness is as unsettling as the lack of communication. Save yourself the stress & go to laundromat while you wait for someone else to fix the things they can’t.
Best buying and installation experience ever!
I called to make an appointment for a washer repair and was told to do a rinse /spin before he came. This caused a huge leak and is requiring tiles and drywalls to be removed. The gentleman called the next day to say he was on his way and when I told him what happened his answer was “ok do you still want me to come?” zero sympathy or apology. Don’t think this guy knows what he is doing and doesn’t care.
