McFarlane paving was excellent! Neat ,clean, and professional! Peter showed up for an estimate exactly when he said he would. Gave a competitive estimate that day, and completed the job without delay. The staff and workers were friendly, efficient, and did a great job. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did paving my driveway! I would highly recommend McFarlane Paving!!
If I could give McFarlane no stars I would. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. To pave your driveway. Pete Senior initially came to my house to give me a quote to redo the asphalt on my circular driveway. His quote was 2x the price of competitors. He explained that the others weren’t doing it “right” and in years to come, the other driveways wouldn’t last. If I could give Peter McFarlane, his foreman and his crew more than 5 stars, I would! Peter was the only contractor who actually called me back when I was shopping around for an asphalt driveway repair or replacement. He met with me promptly, advised me on the work he felt would be most appropriate for our needs, and gave us a very reasonable quote and realistic time frame for when the work could be done. The owner came by to have a consultation about my driveway. He was very friendly and honest. He gave a lot of honest opinions and I felt that he was very trustworthy. I would definitely work with this company if I decide to move things further.
Peter Jr. was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I knew from our original meeting he was my guy. He showed up and measured our 10,000 sq ft lot, we spoke about what my goals were for water run off and height adjustments, and he wrote me up an estimate on the spot.
