From the minute I called to see if they accepted my insurance, I knew this was going to be a great experience. Brenda was so professional and nice. My Nurse was exceptionally amazing and the PA Kate- she was a gem. Thanks for listening to me and getting me on my way to feeling better. Thank you!
The older lady at the front desk is not friendly or welcoming in any way. She has a nasty attitude. The nurse/ doctor were fine.
Update: Double charge for lab during urgent care. I talked to someone who said they’d look into it and I was just sent the same double bill. I regret going here. Good care& very nice providers / nurses BUT THE BILLING!!!!! I’ve gone here multiple times because they are open late and every time I go there they bill my insurance double, which, if I wasn’t diligent about looking at what they are billing for before I pay, I might accidentally pay more than I need to.
