I’m not happy with this place. My husband went there after being really sick with a respiratory issue for over a week. It takes a lot for my husband to seek medical care (stubborn). He basically was told he’s at the tail end of it and expect the cough for another 3 weeks. It’s already been over 7 days with this. He’s been miserable and no relief what so ever. As a health care consultant my expectations are very high. . I went to McFarland Urgent Care several weeks ago The care I received was above and beyond my expectations. I was Immediately greeted by Brenda who was efficient, kind and empathetic with me. Brenda was reassuring and supportive. John RN was the very same with me. Attended to my needs. I've been here on two different occasions with my children. Both times, the receptionist was quick at getting our info and our wait time was minimal. The MD's and NP's were very caring and informative. Very happy and thankful that this clinic is in McFarland!
It was my first time and had a great experience at Stoughton Urgent Care yesterday. Everyone was friendly, caring and competent. I had a bad sinus and chest infection and am feeling so much better today, after the antibiotics and other medications prescribed. I felt very cared for and am grateful for their skill and expertise in treating me.
Very hesitant to help, receptionist stated “we are very limited here”. My fiancé was very dehydrated after multiple days of being unable to consume anything, and they claimed to not offer IV drips or really anything that would be useful. Not sure what kind of health facility this is specifically but obviously not of much use for allergic reaction or stomach issues. Did not allow us to see a medical professional with no wait in lobby.
