Mr rooter, I guess who bought them, answered the phone at noon yesterday 5/3/2024, told me appointment was 4-6. Still have not heard back it’s been almost 24 hours. I called every hour 6-9 last night and they said they would alert dispatch. Again 24 hours later and no answer. Pathetic service.

We just moved to Jacksboro and we needed to have two shower valves replaced and it was beyond what I knew how to do. We called McFarland and the two guys that came were very professional and knowledgeable. They did great work and the price was very reasonable for the amount of time they spent working on it. Will be using them for many other projects.

I am so thankful for McFarland’s courteous and timely response to our gas line damage after a recent tornado. They came when they said they would, and quickly got supplies to complete the job. They did a great job and I look forward to using them in the future!
