Last night I was having trouble with my CPAP system. This morning I called Brian and between him and Jessica I had a new Machine by 3 pm. They were very friendy and professtional and cared that they could help me as soon as possible. Now thats great service.
These people delivered a hospital bed for my uncle, who is under the care of my mom, who is almost 80 years of age. She was alone with my uncle at the time and they wouldn't leave it until SHE took the existing bed down by herself. I called them when I arrived and they said it was their policy. If they took it down it made them liable. For what? Moving a bed to put up a hospital bed for an invalid?
