I built my first home in Beacon Point with McFarland back in 2018 and the quality difference for the price vs. other companies was outstanding! I was in the home for 2 years with minimal issues (few nail pops, siding company punched a hole in the Freon lines so A/C quit working, cracked tile) and that’s it! I just moved into my home about 3 months ago in Prairie Gates, the house is about double the size of my last. However, it was also double the price.
