Stay far away. If I could give zero stars, I would. Working with this builder has been a nightmare from start to finish—and even beyond. They consistently missed deadlines, sometimes by months, and every single promised date came and went without follow-through. Our house took two years to complete, when they told us 8-10 months at contract signing. Any part of the process we would ask how long it would take, and it ALWAYS took weeks or months longer than what we were told. Our house sat untouched for months and they didn’t even start on it till the 8 month mark from contract signing. We purchased our home from McFarland builders. We are very happy with our purchase and very happy with our experience working with the builder, the project manager and others working with the McFarland group. We were treated well, received quick responses to our questions and experienced few delays during construction. Our home is beautiful.
