RecommendedWhile I was recovering from Covid, my physician called to check on me. I thought this was a nice gesture and she told me that she would call me twice a week during my recovery to assess my cough and breathing. NOT once was it divulged that I would charged a $30 copay for EACH call!!!! I received my EOB today and will be expecting a $220 bill from the clinic.

I have had several Drs. Here because others have moved on. This past month I have been in so much pain & they have done everything they could to help me. They got specialists to see me right away in Ames. I love how they work together to help you. We are lucky to have them. This is the first time in over a month that I have not been in so much pain. McFarland Clinic has been my doctors office for over 20 years. They are great and the only problems I've had was my doctors keep retiring! LOL But they always make sure I'm taken care of through the transition. Like one big happy Family.
As said they want you out ASAP and do not dignos you with the right thing so you have to go back several times
The doctors here do not care about their patients. Not one of their doctors has been able to help me with this hip dysplasia that took them 3 YEARS to figure out anyway. Horrible establishment. They just want to get the patient out of their office as soon as possible.
