Very difficult to get service from broker. Agent often not available to field calls, voicemail box often full, days pass before agent follows up or never ... I have to call multiple times. I informed broker of cancellation of home insurance and an address change on phone 2 months ago yet no follow up. I am still being billed and mail still going to that address.
