TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE x2!!!! Called up this auto shop to get a check engine light Diagnosed. Upon talking to Rockie, he told me they would do it for free but if it took longer than an hour he would have to charge me the Diagnostics fee, which is absolutely understandable, but when they found the problem if I chose to get the work done there they would waive that fee. Loyal Customer for years! Loyal Customer for years! Cliff and Marcus always provide top notch customer service. We just purchased wheels and tires for one of our vechiles. They spent time with us to ensure we got the look and ride desired. We were ready to roll in no time. We will be back again!

Horrible Visit I just got home from visiting your location for an oil change. I had called Thursday and asked if an appointment was necessary to get an oil change, and was told it was a better way to get it done faster. I made an appointment for 9am on Sunday (2/12/12.) arrived on time this morning with my 2 year old daughter (who is currently potty training) and told Mike at the counter that I had an appointment @ 9 for a oil change and tire rotation on my '08 Dodge Caliber and handed over my keys. TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST We love this place. The owners are always on site and they truely care about the customer. This was the first business we used when we moved to Arizona 5 years ago. We couldn't imagine what we would do without them. They are one of the last HONEST car repair facilities we know of !

It's all true We have been going there for years also. The family is great. We always deal with Lawrence. You can count on them to be honest when they tell you what work needs to be done. You can always trust them to do what they say, when they say and for how they say! Honest and great work. You can't ask for anything better!

Thank you thank you thank you I second Susie's comments. It is refreshing to be able to bring your car to be repaired and feel comfortable knowing they will give you straight answers. We have found our auto repair shop.

McFall Tire and Auto Repairs I have been with McFall Tire and Auto Repair formerly known as Big O Tires since 2002. The customer service and quality work has always been the top of the line. When you ask them your opinion you always get an honest answer. Why would anyone go anywhere else. For you woman out there, they do not take advantage or try to get more money out of you because we may or may not know what we are talking about. The service is fast and they are open on Sundays now !
