The chocolate chip cookies I purchased from Sobeys were perhaps the worst tasting chocolate chip cookie with way too much butter. How can you mess up chocolate chip cookies. Mission accomplished.
I just bought a little ginger cake the other day at my local small town Sobeys, and I didn't actually have great expectations bc I mainly bought it bc I'm a sucker for ginger. Anywho - prepped it per the package directions and it was one of my happiest surprises! It was moist and tender, and came with a sauce that complemented it perfectly! So I just wanted to thank the good folks at McFadgen's for putting the biggest smile on my face today and for making a really yummy ginger cake...THANK YOU...from Alberta...
At a time that the quality of products are compromised due to the economy and or popularity, I was really impressed with McFadgen's dark fruit cake. I love fruitcake, and theirs is one of the best that I've tasted. I'll be visiting the maritimes this summer and I'm anxious to visit your place.
