I moved here for work and have absolutely loved living here. The community is quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by so much greenery, making it a wonderful place to come home to—especially since I work from home. The residents are respectful, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. One of the best things about living here has been Andreea, the property manager. I had a great time living here for almost a year. The property manager is very sweet and attentive to the community. Every once in a while there were community events which was a nice gesture. The community itself is very quiet and every neighbor I came across was very kind. It is also in a good location with shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. All of the amenities like the pool and gym are kept very clean. Overall this complex is a great choice and I loved living here!
I ultimately chose this apartment because of the high reviews and living here for more than a year now I can say it lives up to its expectations. To have numerous residents take the time to leave positive reviews is just a testament to the experience and people here. Peace of mind is very important to me and with no pet rent (only a deposit) there are many neighbors walking their dogs throughout the day allowing me to feel safe. My boyfriend and I have lived in these apartments for 4 years and we’ve loved it! The property manager is super nice and she really cares about the residents who live here. I have nothing but good things to say about this place, there is a gym and a pool which is super nice! It’s also in a good area of Tustin and there are many different freeway access close by! It’s very convenient and one of my personal favorite parts of living here! Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable to live ☺️
I’ve been living here for a bit now and have really enjoyed it so far. I love how quiet it is! My pup has really been enjoying the new patio and the garage is such a nice bonus.
