I purchased my windows a few years ago and am very mechanical do it your self person. I installed 12 windows from this company. After they were installed I remember seeing them leaking and getting worse. I requested the company to help me but they were going to charge me. Since they were only a few years old I requested it for me at no charge but they were unable to help me. I would not recommend that windows are not purchased from this company.
