At this point as a Lathrop resident where McFadden has been hired to execute a sidewalk project; if you have any say in your next project, stay away from this outfit. They hire people that have no respect for the community members that are paying taxes for their work. They are rude and disruptive, blocking driveways and breaking personal property. I have talked to the people in our public works department and made them aware of their careless attitudes toward the homeowners/residents of this community.
