Been here for 5 sessions now. Good spot, just what you would expect and need from a gym. Owners seem good and workouts are challenging. No focus on fancy just progress
This place is great! Beautiful gym, staff are knowledgeable and everyone was really welcoming. The owner, Ben, is great. He took extra time to ensure I was doing everything safely and correctly, and was very encouraging. I'm brand new to crossFit, but not to weights, and I'm very excited to have found this facility.
