If I could give this agency zero stars I would. The worst rental experience I have ever had. During the tenancy issues the landlord had with the property were mismanaged, and not communicated honestly with us as tenants despite us being more than understanding about the situation. When we decided to move out, ridiculous requests not consistent with the condition report were used to withhold our bond. Myself and my partner have recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with mcewing,and as a tenant of one of mcewings properties would like to warn future tenants and landlords. We helped mcewing navigate an unfortunate situation with our landlord which we had no obligation to do but felt as though it was have been the right thing to do. What a huge mistake that was.
