The product looks very nice. However when installation was being preformed it was obvious that to much material was used on steps. When my pool supply company contacted McEwen they acknowledged from pictures that there was a problem but denied all culpability. We re checked the dimensions they were right on and exactly what was sent to the company. The company support did not even try to contact me. I would not deal with McEwen, once they are paid they are done with you.
Inconsiderate driver by driving in the passing lane on I-85 blocking traffic. Kindly move over.
Having been a McEwen dealer for nearly 20 years, can say they are proud of the products they provide and STAND BEHIND THEM better than any other manufacturer.
Worst financial decision we have ever made. we have had this for less than 1 year and it has been broken and unusable more that it has worked. We had this for less than 2 weeks when it broke the first time and we had to pay the labor to have it repaired. #1 there warranty is a joke. #2 customer service from the dealer to the manufacture is Horrible. #3 they have sent the wrong part twice now and we sent pics and the part number. #4 tub still inoperable.
