I had a nail in my tire today....right as they were closing for the day and the team at Hartley Automotive were able to pull my car in, fix the tire and had me back on the road in under 10 minutes! That is exceptional customer service and how you nurture relationships with new customers. They could have said no, but they clearly understand going above and beyond!! I can't thank them enough!!
